All parents/ students will receive emails and texts on what app throughout the year for different matters on the performing arts school. Please inform Vicky or staff if you cannot receive these.
Parents/guardians and friends are not permitted to stay in the hall for class or enter the hall until the class has finished completely as it distracts students from learning to the best of their ability.
Class space is reserved. Therefore no refunds can be given for missed or dropped classes. The registration fee will not be refunded once the term has started.
The parent or guardian signing this release form acknowledges our policy and understands that his/her child or adult student is taking classes at his/her own risk and agrees to hold Vicky Barry Performing Arts, its instructors, and/or assignees harmless for any claims arising out of injury or other loss to named applicant or any member of his/her family whether as a participant in the activities or as a spectator.
All fees must be paid either online before the FIRST day of the term. No student will be permitted to take part in class unless fees are paid in full or have signed up for a trail class.
Trial classes are only permitted for students who have never attended our classes before.
Students are to wear their VBPA t-shirt/ jumper to class each week with leggings or tracksuit bottoms and runners (no slip-on shoes please).
